Ernie Malott, has lived in the community for over 40 years. Senior Officer with 30 years at the West Chester Police Department. Has served in many roles at the department. On the Crisis Negotiation Team for almost 19 years and Crisis Negotiation Team leader for past 10 years. He is looking forward to working with the CARE Team and continuing to work with the community.
